Delivery Information

At The TEA & PANTRY Co. we offer reliable 2-3 day delivery to our customers and can guarantee your items arrive in time. Delivery is charged at a set cost of  £5.95 for all orders under £100 and is available free-of-charge for all orders over £100. All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 delivery service. Once you have completed your purchase tracking information will be provided by email or sms text message. Please allow 24 hours for processing and handling before your order is shipped. Items will be shipped Monday to Friday. 

Returns Policy

We guarantee the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All of our products and hampers are carefully wrapped and packaged using high quality eco-friendly materials.  If for any reason any of your items are damaged on receipt of your parcel we will be happy to offer a replacement or provide a full refund if requested. To receive a replacement or refund please send a photograph of the damaged item with a brief description to our email: info@teaandpantry.co.uk. We will endeavour to deal with your request as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns of any perishable goods.
